Dr. Alvin Stein graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/The Chicago Medical School in 1961 and did his orthopedic surgery residency training at Hospital for Joint Diseases in NY and at the New York Medical College Program at Flower 5th Ave Hospital, Metropolitan Hospital in NY and the Hospital for Crippled Children in Newark NJ, He has been in private practice since 1966 and practicing in FL since 1973. Dr. Alvin Stein has been a board certified orthopedic surgeon for over 35 years and has done various types of orthopedic procedures. These include:

- Fracture care
- Spinal Surgery
- Arthroscopic Surgery
- Surgery of the Foot
- Skeletomuscular Pain Therapy
These forms of treatment have often left patients less than fully
